This Privacy Policy explains how Carpincho Labs ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use the Delulu mobile application (the "App").

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you sign in with Apple, we receive a unique identifier and, if you choose to share them, your name and email address. Apple may provide a private relay email address on your behalf.

Onboarding Information

During onboarding, we collect the following to personalize your experience:

  • Name – used to personalize meditation scripts.
  • Gender – used to tailor content.
  • Goals – up to three wellness goals you select (e.g., Career & Success, Love & Relationships).
  • Meditation experience level – helps us calibrate session content.
  • Date of birth (optional) – used for age verification and personalization.

Meditation Prompts

When you create custom meditations, your text prompts are transmitted to our servers for content generation. Prompts are stored anonymously — they are not linked to your identity or account and cannot be traced back to you.

Analytics Data

We collect anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (e.g., number of sessions played, features used, app performance metrics) through PostHog. This data is not linked to your identity. You may opt out of analytics collection in the App's settings.

Device Information

We may collect anonymous device information such as device model, OS version, and crash data to diagnose technical issues and improve the App.

How We Use Your Data

We process your data to:

  1. Deliver personalized AI-generated meditation and manifestation audio sessions.
  2. Generate text-to-speech audio content tailored to your goals.
  3. Improve stability, performance, and user experience.
  4. Manage your subscription and account.

We never sell your data or use it for advertising.

Third-Party Services

  • Supabase – We use Supabase for authentication (via Apple Sign-In), database storage, and backend services. Your onboarding information is stored securely in Supabase. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.
  • Anthropic – Meditation prompts are transmitted to Anthropic's servers for script generation. No personally identifying information is included in these prompts. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
  • ElevenLabs – Generated meditation scripts are transmitted to ElevenLabs for text-to-speech audio synthesis. No personal data is included in these requests. See ElevenLabs' Privacy Policy.
  • RevenueCat – Subscription management and in-app purchase processing are handled through RevenueCat. RevenueCat may receive your anonymous app user ID and purchase data. See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
  • PostHog – Anonymous usage analytics and feature flag management are handled through PostHog. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored. See PostHog's Privacy Policy.

Data Storage & Retention

  • Your onboarding information and preferences are stored both locally on your device and on our servers (Supabase) to enable cross-device access and account recovery.
  • Meditation prompts are stored anonymously on our servers and cannot be linked back to your account.
  • Anthropic retains prompts for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, after which they are deleted.
  • Anonymous analytics data is retained according to PostHog's data retention policies.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your data – View the personal information we hold about you through your in-app profile.
  • Delete your account and data – You may request deletion of your account and all associated data through the App's settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our servers.
  • Opt out of analytics – You may opt out of anonymous analytics collection at any time through the App's settings.

Children's Privacy

Our App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
